July 26, 2014; of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved wife of the late Salvatore J. Colognino. Dearest mother of the late Joseph S. Colognino. Dear grandmother of Jodi Marie (Joseph) Stroud, Carrie Ann (Brandon) Hoffman and great-grandmother of Samantha (Justin) Haag, Melissa, Matthew, Jenna Stroud, Alexis and Carly Hoffman. Sister of August and the late Violet, Orlando, Mary and Carmen. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Road) where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, contributions may be made to the Pediatric Unit at Roswell Park Cancer Institute Elm & Carlton Sts. Buffalo, NY 14263.
