May 1, 2022 age 99 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of the late Virginia A. (nee Leising) Dorer; dearest father of the late Susan (Dennis) Blachowicz; dear grandfather of Paul (Julia), James (Tracy) and Mark (Brenda) Blachowicz; great grandfather of nine great grandchildren; predeceased by 2 brothers and 3 sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew) Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at Our Lady Help of Christians Church at 9:30 AM. (Please assemble at Church). Interment Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery. Mr. Dorer was a Veteran of WW II a master mason and a member of Fellowship Lodge 1175. Flowers gratefully declined.
