January 18, 2016; of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved daughter of the late Ignatius and Mary (nee Pawlak) Majchrzak. Dearest sister of the late Irene Majchrzak and Raymond (late Estelle) Majchrzak. Also survived by cousins. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday in Queen of Martyrs Church at 9:00 a.m. (please assemble at church) Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
