III (Nansy), Michelle (Brooks) Heftka, Martin (Pam Skalski) and Danielle; loving dzia dzia of Jason, Ashley, AJ, Justin, Andrew Jr., Callie, Madasyn, Marisa and Megan; predeceased by brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday March 1, 2014 at Corpus Christi Church 199 Clark St. at 9:30 AM.
