March 19, 2016; of Cheektowaga, NY; At the age of 83; Beloved husband of 57 years to Martha L. (nee Jasinski) Perez. Dearest father of Antonio, III (Belinda) Perez and Jeanne (Gerry) Zajac. Dear grandfather of Geoffrey Zajac. Brother of Angel, Israel, Ernie, Abraham, Persida, Herson Perez, Avida Casilla and predeceased by three brothers and one sister. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 10:00-12 noon at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where a memorial service will follow at 12 noon. Tony enjoyed playing baseball and pitched a no-hitter in a Buffalo MUNY Class A Jefferson-Collins League game in 1960. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
