Betty J. Wright

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Betty Wright, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. For over 71 years, she shared her life with her devoted husband, Robert Wright Sr., creating a bond that stood as a testament to love and partnership.

Betty was a loving mother to her children: Deborah (the late Frank) Drago, John (the late Cindy), Jim (Maureen), and Cheryl (Debbie) Wright and the late Robert Wright Jr. She was especially proud of being the cherished grandmother to 13 grandchildren and the joyful great-grandmother to 15 great-grandchildren, whose lives she filled with warmth, laughter, and wisdom.

A dear sister, Betty is remembered fondly by her sister Mary Parcell and was predeceased by two brothers. She leaves behind a legacy of love that extends to her nieces and nephews, who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

The family will welcome friends on Wednesday from 3-7 PM at the NEW COMER CREMATIONS & FUNERALS, 5090 Transit Rd., Depew, NY. A Celebration of Life in honor of Betty will be held on Thursday at 11 AM, where we will come together to share stories, laughter, and our fondest memories of this extraordinary woman. We invite all who knew her to join us in celebrating a life lived fully and beautifully.
