Carolyn A. Ball

Carolyn A. Ball, a cherished resident of Depew, NY, passed away on January 9, 2025. She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will forever be remembered by her family and friends.

Beloved wife of Richard Ball, Carolyn was the loving mother to Randy (Janine) Ball and Robyn Kozmycz. Her heart swelled with pride as she embraced her role as Nana to Dylan, Alexis, and Aidan, each of whom brought immense joy to her life.

Carolyn was not only a devoted mother and grandmother but also a dear sister to Jack (Nancy) Klein and Paul (Camille) Klein. She was predeceased by her sister, Janet (late Thomas) Sheehan, whose memory she carried in her heart. Carolyn's family was further enriched by her many nieces and nephews, who will miss her warmth and kindness.

For over 55 years, Carolyn dedicated her time and energy to the Girl Scouts, where she positively impacted countless lives. Her commitment to fostering growth and joy in young people stands as a testament to her compassionate spirit.

The family invites those who wish to pay their respects to join them on Tuesday from 3-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 5090 Transit Rd., Depew, NY 14043. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at St. Philip the Apostle Parish at 10:00 AM, where all are welcome to assemble at the church. Carolyn will be laid to rest at St. Adalbert's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Girl Scouts in her honor, continuing the legacy of service and support she so passionately embraced.

Carolyn's spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
