Dearest father of Louise (Dennis) Gabryszak, James (Karen) Pochylski, John Pochylski and Paula (Eric) Carter. Dear grandfather of Brian Gabryszak, Jennifer (Ephraim, M.D.) Atwal, Laura, Eric Pochylski, Tyler, Kaylin Carter and great-grandfather of Petra Atwal. Brother of Rita (Eugene) Ciezak, late Dolores Kalinowski and the late Maryann (Daniel) Lack. Brother-in-law of the late Thaddeus, D.D.S. (late Mary) Rutecki and the late Joseph, M.D. (late Mary) Rutecki. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:15 a.m. and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Matthew Cemetery. Conrad was a Navy veteran of WW II serving with the Seabees, a longtime member of the Holy Name Society at Queen of Martyrs Church and the Knights of Columbus Fr. Justin Council.
