LUND – Doris M. (nee Vallett)
August 11, 2022 age 92 of Lancaster, NY. Beloved wife of 66 years to Richard E. Lund Sr.; dearest mother of Leslie (John) Tudhope, Richard Jr. (Karen) Lund and Amy (Kevin) Schleicher; dear grandmother of Justin (Triona), Eva, Daniel (Paola), Olivia (Ben), Lindsey, Faith Ann (Lindsay), Sarah (Zachary), Monica (Nate) and Erik; great grandmother of Brody, Ben, Jamie and Zoey; daughter of the late Harold and Alice (nee Bucholz) Vallett; sister of the late June (late Thomas) and the late Harold “Bud” (late Lucille) also survived by nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lund graduated from Edward J. Meyer Memorial Hospital Nursing Program with the General Proficiency award in 1955 and retired in 1991.Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Monday, August 15th from 4-7 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew)
