June 21, 2017; of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved wife of the late John R. Ciszkowski. Dearest mother of Judith Pollina, Patricia (Michael) Engleman and the late Paul Ciszkowski. Dear grandmother of Brian, Michael, Chelsie, Adam, great-grandmother of Miranda, Joshua, Haley, Cadence and three great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Raymond (Julia), David (Maria) and the late Fred (late Marion) Jarmusz. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday 1-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:00 a.m. and from Our Lady Help of Christians Chapel at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
