September 28, 2014; of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved wife of the late Thomas F. Walter, Sr. Dearest mother of Marion (David) Bialaszewski, Thomas Walter, Jr., Lorraine Baumeister and Paul Walter. Dear grandmother of eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one brother and one sister. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday 4-9 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.). Funeral services will be held on Thursday at Hedstrom Memorial Baptist Church 55 Losson Road Cheektowaga at 10:00 a.m. (please assemble at church) Interment St. Matthew Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, contributions may be made to either the American Cancer Society or the SPCA. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
