November 1, 2014 of West Seneca, NY; Beloved husband of 46 years to Sueann (nee Peffer) Waddell; dearest father of Edward (Michelle), Katherine (Gregory) Nowinski, Rebecca (Jeffrey) Webb, Amanda (Suraj) and Michael (Marguerite) Waddell; wonderful “Big Papa” of Natalie, Rachel, Travis, Anna, James, Brett and Margaret; son of Ellen (nee Biesik) and the late Walter Waddell; brother of Frank, John, Barbara, Kathleen and Joseph; also survived by nieces and nephews. Edward was the Founder and President of Graystone Construction. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Monday from 4-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where prayers will be said on Tuesday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Gabriel Church at 9:30 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Down Syndrome Parent Support Group of Genesee County 2121 Lewiston Rd. Oakfield, NY 14125.
