November 23, 2016; of Cheektowaga, NY; at the age of 91; Beloved wife of the late Edward R. Gavacs. Dearest mother of Robert E. Gavacs, Mary F. Gavacs and Nancy M. (Peter) Hingston. Dear grandmother of Elena and Benjamin Hingston. Sister of Frank (Theresa) Wukovits, late John (late Doris) Wukovits and the late Albert (Patricia) Wukovits. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 8:45 a.m. and from St. Lawrence Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Eleanor was a member of the St. Lawrence Church St. Ann Sodality and the Congrega Society. Flowers gratefully declined.
