February 1, 2018; of Lancaster, NY; age 83; Beloved wife of 42 years to Daniel M. Mecca Sr. and the late George A. Castine. Dearest mother of Barbara (Raymond) Madore, Debra (Jeffrey) Repka, Mary (Scott Parks) Castine-Uliaszek, Gary (Patty Yunits-Yannotti) Castine and step-mother of Sandy (Harry) Kozub, Daniel, Jr. (Donna) Mecca and Kenneth (Christine) Mecca. Dear grandmother of 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Pasquale and Mary (nee DeAngelo) Reali; Sister of Edith (late Anthony) Moretta and the late Benito (Lillian Dubiel) Reali. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday from 12-4 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday in St. Gabriel Church 5271 Clinton St., Elma at 9:30 a.m. (please assemble at church). Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Evelyn was a member of the Lancaster Senior Center, an avid painter and enjoyed time with her family.
