January 4, 2013 of Lancaster, NY Beloved wife of the late Eugene J. "Rocky" Mazurkiewicz Sr.; dearest mother of Candace (Christopher) George, Eugene Mazurkiewicz, Jr., Lisa Mazurkiewicz and Amy (Jay) Linscott; dear grandmother of Olivia, Hayley, Jacob, Autumn, Amanda, Brandon and Justin; Daughter of the late Stanley and Wanda (nee Krieger) Bernacki. Sister of Patrick Bernacki and the late Daniel (Diana) Bernacki. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 8:45 a.m. and from St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
