February 5, 2016; of Hamburg, NY; Beloved son of the late Stafan and Zina (nee Antonuke) Zukowski. Dearest father of Kimberly (Michael) Herbison and the late Jeff (late Sherry) Zukowski. Dear grandfather of Jessica, Paige and Jack. Brother of Stanley (Linda), Peter and Alex. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. Interment St. Matthew Cemetery.
