March 5, 2012 of Cheektowaga, NY Beloved wife of the late Frank J. Kopacz; dearest mother of Ken (Carol) Kopacz and the late Kevin (late Donna Mueller) Kopacz; dear grandmother of Rachelle (Bob) Johnson, Ken J. Kopacz and great-grandmother of Allison, Heather, Bobby, Olivia and DJ; sister of Edward (late Hazel) Nowak and the late Benedict, Raymond, Caroline, Olga, Regina and Eleanor; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 4-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 8:45 a.m. and from St. Martha Parish at 9:30 a.m. Mrs. Kopacz was a retiree of Trico, a longtime Avon saleswoman; and a member of PVT. Leonard Post Ladies Auxiliary. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice 225 Como Park Blvd. Cheektowaga, NY 14227. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com .
