BATTAGLIA – Helen R. (nee Barrea)
Passed February 7, 2019 peacefully after 99 years of a beautiful life. Beloved wife of the late Cosmo V. Battaglia. She is survived and cherished by her sons, Joseph S. (Lynn) and Cosmo C. (Nancy) Battaglia; much-loved by her grandchildren Deano D., Deborah and Joseph C. Battaglia and Carly (Ryan) Landry and treasured by her great-grandchildren Kelsey, Jenna and Dean Battaglia and Lyla Landry; also survived by her beloved brother, Victor Barrea, nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Friday from 4-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:15 AM in Queen of Heaven Church 4220 Seneca St. West Seneca. (Please assemble at Church). Flowers gratefully declined.
