February 9, 2021, age 95 of Cheektowaga, NY, beloved husband of the late Genowefa (nee Czyz) Turowski; dearest father of John Jr. (Anne), Steven (Mary), Joseph (Stella) and Stanley (Rita Zulatowski) Turowski; dear grandfather of Steven Jr., Jonathan (Christina), Paul (Maria) and Lee (Meagan); son of the late Jan and Leokadia (nee Grall) Turowski; predeceased by four sisters and a brother, Kazia (late Leon) Kaminska, Wkadzia (late Wladek) Paprocka, Saika (late Franek) Ozimek, Marta (late Broniskaw) Bujewska and Jozef Turowski; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Saturday, February 20th from 9 – 10 AM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 85 George Urban Blvd., (west of Harlem Rd.), where funeral services will be held at 10 AM and from St. John Gualbert Church at 10:30 AM. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorial may be made in Jan’s name to St. Luke Mission.
