January 18, 2020 age 89 of Depew, NY. Beloved wife of the late Henry Kempski; dearest mother of Mark, PhD. (Maureen) Kempski and Brian (Ann) Kempski; dear grandmother of Caitlin (Sam Milstead), Kara, Monica and Lauren; daughter of the late Herman and Margaret (nee Volk) Schweers; predeceased by her brothers and sisters Herman (late Kay) Schweers, Alfred (late Lucille) Schweers, Margaret (late Titus) Wallenbeck, Ruth (late Edward) Surowiec, Robert Schweers, Dorothy (late William) Drescher and Leroy Schweers; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Wednesday, January 22nd from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd. Depew) Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at St. Gabriel Church 5271 Clinton St., Elma at 9 AM (Please assemble at Church) Entombment St. Mary of the Assumption Cemetery. Mrs. Kempski was a retiree of Westinghouse and a member of Union AFL-CIO.
