Jeanne A. Tobin

Jeanne A. Tobin, a cherished matriarch, passed away on April 9, 2025, at the Brothers of Mercy in Clarence, New York. Born on October 1, 1933, Jeanne epitomized the role of a quintessential homemaker. She found immense joy in nurturing her family and created a warm and welcoming environment for all who entered her home.

Jeanne was deeply passionate about hospitality, often entertaining family and friends for any occasion, with a special fondness for holidays. Her ability to bring people together made her home a gathering place where laughter and love thrived. She took great pride in her children and grandchildren, with her proudest accomplishments being her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Jeanne is survived by her devoted children,  daughter, Jill, along with her son-in-law Terry Griffin, and her son, Brian Tobin. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Nathan and Ryan Griffin, who were a source of great joy in her life.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Howard E. Tobin, and her brothers, who were an integral part of her life.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation with family on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 5090 Transit Rd, Depew, NY. A Mass will be celebrated in her honor on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady Help of Christians, situated at 4125 Union Rd, Buffalo, NY. Following the Mass, a graveside service will take place at 11:15 AM at the same location.

Jeanne A. Tobin will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her warm spirit, and her remarkable gift for hosting gatherings that strengthened the bonds of family and friendship. Her legacy of love and dedication to her family will continue to inspire those who knew her.
