Born in Passaic, NJ, residing in Lancaster, NY, passed away peacefully after long illness on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the Sisters of Charity Hospital, St. Joseph Campus in Cheektowaga, NY. She is survived by her loving daughter, Donna Jill (Galley) Crowe and her husband Dr. Leif Crowe, and was predeceased by her parents, Philip and Helen (nee Gurka) Gudaski. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 5090 Transit Rd. on Friday, December 9th from 5-6 PM where funeral services will be held at 6 PM. www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
