Kuzma; dearest mother of Diane, David (Karen), Denise (Bryan) and Dennis (Terry); loving grandmother of Eric, Nicholas, Christopher, Andrea, Bailey and Hayden; sister of Louise (Anthony) Szczesniak, Daniel (Betsy) Senkowski and the late Dorothy (late Victor) Tomczak; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Private services were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME.
