July 16, 2023 age 85 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of 58 years to Joan (nee Bommer) Cyrankowski; dearest father of late Dawn Cyrankowski, Deborah Kraus and Lynette (Darren) Bialek; dear grandfather of Amanda Kraus, Alex Bialek and Daniel Bialek; son of the late Stephen and Dorothy (nee Clayback) Cyrankowski; brother of Joanne (late Rick) Nelson and Steve (Kathy) Cyrankowski; brother in law of Bill (Andrea) Bommer, late Gary (Maureen) and the late Robert (late Maryann) Bommer; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Thursday, July 20th from 3-7 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held Friday at 10 AM. Interment Lancaster Rural Cemetery. Mr. Cyrankowski served in the US Army, a retired Detective with the Cheektowaga Police Dept. and an exempt member of Forks Fire Dept. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo
