Katherine Iggulden

IGGULDEN, KATHERINE (nee Vidican)
Passed away peacefully September 6 , 2013 at the age of 90. She was the wife of 70 years to the late Walter Iggulden. She is survived by her sons, Raymond (Janet) Iggulden of St. Louis, and David Iggulden of Toronto; grandchildren Ellen Iggulden of Chicago, Caroline Iggulden of St. Louis, Stephen Iggulden and Emma Pelchat of Toronto and two great-grandchildren, Poppy and Jacob as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Katherine was preceded in death by her siblings and grandaughter Henrietta Iggulden. She was born in Dysart, Saskatchewan and lived in Thorold, Ontario before residing in Cheektowaga, New York for many years. The family wishes to thank niece Joanne Welsh for her love and support, and Janet and Bob Kirchner for being such close friends and companions and helping Katherine through some difficult times. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where fuenral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens in Fonthill, Ontario at 1 p.m.
