Beloved wife of 36 years to Salvatore “Sam” D’Amico; dearest mother of Anthony (Edith), Maria and Jennifer D’Amico; loving grandmother of Marlee, Mason and Silvio; daughter of the late Albert and Ann Walker; dear sister of Barbara (late David) Wright, James (Nancy) Walker, late Carol Cook and the late Edward (Maryann) Walker; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Wednesday, April 12th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew) where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:30 AM. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery
