May 5, 2017, of Cheektowaga, NY, beloved wife of the late Cornelius Griffin; dearest mother of Patrick (Marne) Griffin, Terence (Jill) Griffin, Margaret (David) Staebell and Susan (Carl) Gieseler; dear grandmother of Sara, Kelsey, Emily, Nathan, Ryan, Mitchell, Joel and Erik. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 3-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9 AM and from Our Lady Help of Christians Church at 9:30 AM. Interment Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery. Mrs. Griffin was a member of Chapel Seniors. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to Hospice. www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
