December 20, 2022 age 88 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved wife of the late Robert M. Slazak; dearest mother of Karen Slazak, Rene (Daniel) Sikkema, Marc (Lynne) Slazak and Scott (Sherry) Slazak; dear grandmother of Lauren, Marc (Liz), Adam, Tyler, Daniel (Jolene), Andrew, Michael and Sydney; great grandmother of Autumn and Aubree; daughter of the late Michael and Mary (nee Kita) Szuflita; sister of late Dorothy (late Bill) Ziolo and late Elizabeth (Michael) Budd; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Monday, January 2nd from 9:30 - 10:15 AM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew) where funeral services will follow at 10:15 AM and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 11:00 AM. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery.
