Beloved wife of the late Adam; Dearest mother of Lydia (late DeWayne, Sr.) Farley of Las Vegas and Halyna (Victor Zhybaj) Antonyshyn; loving Baba of DeWayne (Tiffany) Farley, Jr., Adrianna (John) Redman and Adam (Rachel) Farley of Las Vegas; loving Pra-Baba of John IV, Gabriella and Matthew Redman, Gabriel and Makayla Farley, Isabella and Abigail Farley. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held Monday at 9 AM and from Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church at 9:30 AM. Interment to follow in Elmlawn Cemetery.
