July 17, 2017; of Alden, NY; Unexpectedly at the age of 61. Beloved husband of 19 years to Christy L. (nee Schirching) Tuberdyke. Dearest father of Abigail (Brian) Martin, Matthew Tuberdyke, Jo (Rick) Pastuszynski, Tim (Megan) Tuberdyke and Christopher Schirching. Dear grandfather of Gabby, Jarred, Beka, Tommy, Lily, Teddy, Adam and Belle. Loving son of Edward and the late Rita (nee Sypniewski) Tuberdyke. Brother of Linda (Al) Lake, Bruce (Debbie) Tuberdyke, Kathy (David) Bryant, Mike (Kim) Tuberdyke, Judy (Joe) Micieli, Debby Tuberdyke, Eric (Kelly) Tuberdyke and the late Mary Tuberdyke. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Mark was an Army veteran, an accomplished guitar player belonging to the band Unison and frequently playing at The Music Room in East Aurora.
