January 30, 2016 of South Wales, NY formerly of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved wife of 65 years to Richard J. Koszuta; dearest mother of Jackie (Michael) Bogdan, Karen (late Michael) Hummel and Susan (Timothy) Howard; loving grandmother of six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; predeceased by brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where prayers will be said on Wednesday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady Help of Christians Church at 9:30 AM. Entombment to follow in St. Matthew Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
