July 11, 2015; of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved wife of the late Leonard R. Kotkiewicz. Dearest mother of Leonard E. (Teri), Kotkiewicz, Suzanne (Jeremy) Wyatt and Linda (Michael, Jr.) Hora. Cherished grandmother of Michelle (Ashkan) Azari, Michael III (Katrina), Julia, Sarah, Alexander, Carolyn, Frank, Anthony, Elyse, Wesley, Angela and the late Victoria Ann. Sister of Regina "Jean" (late Stanley) Borkowski, Adele (late Richard) Makowski and the late Frances Chojnacki. Sister-in-law of Alice Kot. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Monday at 8:45 a.m. and from Our Lady Help of Christians Chapel at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
