ZIEMBA – Michelle A. “Shellie” (nee Congdon)
August 20, 2021 age 63 after a courageous battle with cancer. Best friend of 45 years and beloved wife of 29 years to Ronald R. Ziemba; dearest daughter of Rodney B. and the late Marilyn R. (nee Goergen) Congdon; dear sister of Michael A., Christopher J. (Elizabeth) and Robert A. “Andy” (Cathy); sister-in-law of Christine Ziemba (William “Willy” Kricfalusi) and Richard (Constance) Ziemba; also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Tuesday, August 24th from 3-7 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at Our Lady Help of Christian Church (Genesee at Union Rd.) at 10 AM. The family would like to thank the staff at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and Hospice Buffalo for their expertise, dedication, compassion and kindness during the past 26 months.
