October 25, 2017; of Cheektowaga, NY; Cherished daughter of Ann M. Potoczniak and Michael A. Gwitt. Loving sister of Nikolas and the late Manda Macaluso. Dearest granddaughter of Edward (Louise) Potoczniak and the late Donald (late Arlene) Gwitt. Niece of Ed (Katie) Potoczniak, Bruce and Paul (Carol) Drajem. Also survived by many cousins and friends. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday from 1-4 & 6-9 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday in St. Philip the Apostle Church at 10:00 a.m. (please assemble at church) Mikaela was a freshman at Depew High School and a member of the Wildcats Basketball Team. “Mikaela you will always be loved.” Expressions of sympathy may be shared at wwwsliwinskifuneralhome.com
