Beloved wife of the late Walter Usyk; dearest mother of Vera Usyk, Luba Rathbun and Walter A. Usyk; loving grandmother of Brian (Christina) Talbot, Katie Tsakos (Ryan), Tanya Rathbun (Sam Urbino), Sierra Usyk, Andrew Usyk (Chelsea) and great grandmother of Nicholas, Max, Gabriel, Avery and the late Adriana; sister of Helen (Nick) Prytula, Mary (Ray) Mingle and the late Walter (late Ann) Tupyckyj; sister-in-law of Lydia Zaryk and Lydia Usyk; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Monday 4-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:30 AM and from Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church at 10 AM. Interment St. Matthew Cemetery.
