Beloved wife of the late Edward Halligan; dearest mother of Patricia (Joseph III) Lesinski and Edward (Sharon) Halligan; dear grandmother of Kelly Halligan, Dante (Ashlynn) Johnson, Kristin Halligan, Katherine Porter, Kevin (Gillian) Halligan, Elizabeth Lesinski (Danni Quider), Patrick Halligan and 15 great grandchildren; dear friend of Georgeann Redman; daughter of the late Charles and Mary (nee Brinkman) Heintzman; sister of the late Charles (late Janet) and the late Edwin (late Patricia) Heintzman; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Friday October 12th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew). Family and friends are invited to assemble for a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday in SS Peter and Paul Church (East Main St. Hamburg) at 12 Noon. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Mrs. Halligan was a retiree of Hamburg High School, was also employed as a RN at OLV Hospital and volunteered as an usher at Shea’s Buffalo and the Erie County Fair.
