Nicole Lynne Dettman

Nicole Lynne Dettman, age 33, of Cheektowaga, NY, passed away on April 2, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love that will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. She was the darling Mama of her beloved son, Myles Oliver Brott, for whom she had an unshakable love.

Nicole was cherished by her devoted mother, Mary Pat (William C. Wylie) Patchett, and her siblings: Madonna (Anthony Cannarozzo) Patchett, Brittany Elizabeth Dettman, Izabel Wylie, and Sara Wylie. She was a beloved aunt, lovingly known as Kiki, to her dear nephews and nieces—Robert James, Jordan, Skylar, and Laila Rose—who brought her immense joy.

Nicole's spirit will be dearly missed by her godparents, Michael (Carol) Bulera and Mary Jo (Matthew) Donhauser, as well as by Robert Brott III.

Nicole’s passion for helping others shone through her years of dedicated work as an Administrative Control Clerk at Terrace View Long Term Care and Weinberg Campus, where she made a difference in the lives of many. A proud graduate of Maryvale High School, her kindness, warmth, and commitment to service defined her character.

As family and friends gather to honor her memory, a Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday April 6, where all are welcome to share their love and remembrance of Nicole. The family will receive friends from 2 to 6:30 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 5090 Transit Road, with the service commencing at 6:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to be made in Nicole’s name to the Epilepsy Association of WNY or the Robert J. Warner Autism Foundation at Oishei Children's Hospital, two causes that were close to her heart.
