It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Norma R. Folaron, who left this world on October 23, 2024. She was a resident of East Aurora, NY. Norma was the devoted wife of the late Raymond Folaron, and together they cultivated a family grounded in love and built a legacy that will forever resonate through their family.
A mother to six, Carole (Emmett) Chapman, James (Marilyn), Barbara Costa, Michael (Laurie), and the late Kenneth and Richard (Maura) Folaron, Norma was a guiding light, nurturing each of them with immeasurable strength and grace. Her love extended to 19 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, enveloping all in warmth and affection. Norma also leaves behind devoted nieces and nephews, each of whom carries a piece of her irreplaceable spirit.
Norma's presence brought comfort and kindness to all who knew her. The family invites friends and loved ones to gather in remembrance on Sunday from 1-3 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 5090 Transit Rd. in Depew, NY A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in her honor on Monday at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Parish, 520 Oakwood Avenue, East Aurora, NY. We kindly ask attendees to assemble at the church. She will be buried following the Mass at St. Joseph's New Cemetery in Holland, NY.
The family gratefully declines the sending of flowers, in lieu of that, the family encourages all to honor Norma’s memory through acts of kindness.
As we remember Norma, let us reflect on a life well-lived, filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments—a true matriarch whose legacy will continue to inspire and unite us all.
