(late Christopher) Hargraves, Ann P. (Francis) Usinski, Christine T. Czosek, Eugene R. (Barbara) Czosek and the late Charles T., Daniel S. and Joanna Maria Bernadette Czosek. Dear godmother Sally Ann (Nathan) Diegelman. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 3-7 p.m. at the MELVIN J.
