February 9, 2014 of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved husband of the late Patricia A. (nee Downey) McDonough. Dearest father of Kathleen McDonough, Michael (Laura) McDonough, Mary (Duncan) Leach and Paul McDonough. Dear grandfather of Gavin Leach, Kathleen Leach, Michael J. McDonough and Mandy McDonough. Son of the late Henry and Nora (nee Hassett) McDonough. Brother of the late Mary McDonough, Catherine (late Al) Cino and Paul J. McDonough. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Thursday 4-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd. ). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday in St. Martha Parish at 10:00 a.m. (please assemble at church) Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Patrick was a retiree of Worthington Pump after 38 years of service. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
