(Sandra) Kicman; proud grandpa of Conor and Colin Kilcoyne, Evan and Glenn Kicman; dear brother of the late Natalie Jedrzejewski. Raymond was a Navy Veteran of WW II and a retired Electrical Engineer with NYSEG. No prior visitation. Private services and Interment were held at the convenience of the family.
