October 12, 2015; of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved husband of 56 years to Teresa (nee Kopacz) Toporczyk. Dearest father of late David, Jeffrey (Cindi) and Andrea (Steven Furdek) Toporczyk. Dear grandfather of Jeff and Rachel (Daniel Thoman) Toporczyk. Loving son of Ruth E. (nee Layman) and the late Thaddeus J. Toporczyk. Brother of Chris (Bruce) Wright. Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family will be present on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. and from Our Lady Help of Christians Chapel at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Matthew Cemetery.
