(nee Rosten); dearest father of David, Diane (Daro Bruno) and Daneen (Bob) Smedile; dear grandfather of Brad (Matejka), Chris, Scott (Kit) Smedile, Connor and Shea Smedile; great grandfather of Carter, Caleb and Layla; son of the late David William and Catherine (nee Burgess) Baumgardner; brother of late Dolores (late George) Hacker, late Bernard (late Dorothy) and the late Shirley (late Louis) Kelchlin; brother in law of Eugene (Erna) Rosten; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Friday 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held Saturday at 9 AM. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Baumgardner was a Marine Corps.
