Dearest brother of James (Florence), Donald (Elizabeth), Robert (Barbara) Burns and the late Paul (Doris), late Thomas (late Carol), late Kathryn and the late Patrick Burns. Also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family. Interment St. Lawrence Cemetery Woodward Township, PA. Richard was an Army veteran.
