Beloved husband of Bernadette (nee Zubek) Futch; dearest father of Danica Futch; dear step-father of Brendon (Amy) Zubek; loving grandfather of Jennifer (Brian) Emel, Scott Criswell (Clarissa Breloff), Stacy Criswell (Dan Cronk), Brandi Ellnor, Matthew Ellnor, Bradley Zubek and Mya Zubek; great granfather of Adrien Emel, Lilly Emel, Brea Emel and Grace Criswell; brother of Roberta (Clarence) Anderson and the late Barbara Salinas; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Saturday from 9-11 AM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will follow visitation at 11 AM. Mr. Futch was an Army Veteran, member of Lakewood Rod & Gun Club, Civil Air Patrol in Jamestown and the AETNA Hose Co. of Depew. Flowers gratefully declined memorials may be made to either American Cancer Society, Hospice Buffalo or
Chautauqua County Humane Society.
