June 27, 2015; of Depew, NY; Beloved wife of the late Stanley J. Chwala. Dearest mother of David Chwala, Diane (David) Martin and the late Susan Chwala. Dear grandmother of Beth, James and Shane. Predeceased by eleven brothers and sisters. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Bowmansville at 9:30 AM (please assemble at church) Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
