April 11, 2017; of Cheektowaga, NY;  Beloved husband of Ann S. (nee Oshei) Saulter.  Dearest father of Joann (Paul) Wagner, Sandra (late Edward) Monica, Butch Saulter, Geraldine (Robert) Weber, Joyce (John) Henderson and the late Wayne Saulter.  Dear grandfather of 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  Brother of the late Richard (Beverly) Saulter.  Also survived by nieces and nephews.  Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 3-7 p.m. at the MELVIN J.
