March 9, 2016; of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved husband of Kathleen A. (nee Zimmer) Heyd. Dearest father of Jonathan (Julia) and Tracy Heyd. Dear grandfather of Lydia and Norah. Father-in-law of Michael Schultz. Brother of Kathleen Stefano, Donald (Kyle) Heyd and the late Jeffrey Heyd. Close business associate of Kathy Braun, Brian Weiss and the late Mark Hartman. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Saturday from 9-10 a.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where a memorial service will follow at 10:00 a.m. Ron was a member of the former Beverly Hills Athletic Association.
