September 15, 2017 age 80 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of 52 years to Carole (nee Palarczyk) Zajac; dearest father of late Scott, Noelle (Chris) Haas and Todd (Jodi) Zajac; dear grandfather of 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Saturday September 23rd at St. Patrick Episcopal Church 1395 George Urban Blvd. (west of Dick Rd.) at 10 AM. Mr. Zajac was a lifetime exempt member of U-Crest Fire Department and served in the US Army National Guard with the 127th Tank BN after 20 years of service. Arrangements by MELVIN J.
