Cherished grandmother of Heather Parish-Hester, Jayla Parish, Taya Parish and great-grandmother of Julian Hester, Jr. Loving daughter of the late Howard Y. and Maxine P. (nee Harpole) Frazier and daughter-in-law of Eddie L. and Loretta (nee Burroughs) Brown, Sr. Sister of Cynthia Linville, Linda (Vincent) Thomas, Blaine Frazier, Jr., Roxanne Anderson, Ellis Frazier and Amy Francois. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. No prior visitation. Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by MELVIN J.
